Dr. Todd Clark

Medical Director

Dr. Clark was born and raised on a farm in south-central Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky, where he graduated summa cum laude with Honors in Biology. He then attended the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, graduating with High Distinction. While a medical student, he was awarded the Excellence in Pharmacology Award and elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.

He completed his internship in general Internal Medicine at MUSC in Charleston, SC. He then completed his Dermatology residency at Roger Williams Medical Center/Boston University School of Medicine. While a resident, he was awarded the Excellence in Patient Care Award, the Citizen’s Award, and the Excellence in Scholarly Activities Award. He was also selected to serve as chief resident during his final year there.

Dr. Clark is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Clark has been in private practice since 2009. During that time, he was included in the list of Best Doctors in America and America’s Top Dermatologists multiple years throughout his career. He was recently recognized as Castle Connoly Top Doctors 2022.

Dr. Clark holds a voluntary faculty position with the UK College of Medicine and the UK College of Health Sciences. He is very involved in teaching and mentoring Plastic Surgery Residents, medical students, and physician assistant students. Clark has been published in dermatology in multiple peer-reviewed medical journals. Local hospital affiliations include Baptist Health and CHI St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.

Outside of work, Dr. Clark loves hanging out with his family. He also enjoys golf, hunting, and fishing. He and his wife, Shannon, have two children.

Victoria Yatsuknenko PA-C

Victoria Yatsuknenko, DMS, MSPAS, PA-C came to Kentucky from Donetsk, Ukraine, in 1998. Dr. Yatsuknenko graduated with honors from Slavyansk State University, with dual Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology and Education of Children with Disabilities in 1994. After practicing for four years in Ukraine as a speech pathologist, she came to the United States to pursue a Master’s Degree of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. She was awarded UK Academic Excellence Scholarship, and Enhancement Scholarship. Yatsuknenko had an honor of being inducted to Dean’s List and accepted to Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. Victoria Yatsuknenko, DMS, PA-C received her Doctor of Medical Science Degree from Lynchburg University in 2021.

Yatsuknenko conducted three-year research on development of generalized abstract semantic forms of the Russian language syntaxes and grammar in individuals with subnormal intellectual functioning. She presented Master’s Paper Project “New Treatment Options for Lung Cancer” at University of Kentucky in 2007. The recent publications include “Adverse Events Associated with Mohs Micrographic Surgery JAMA Dermatology, 2013) and “Early Detection and Prevention Strategies for Skin Cancer” (Lynchburg Journal of Medical Science, 2022). Victoria Yatsuknenko is a member of Kentucky Association of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Yatsuknenko has been practicing dermatology since 2008 focusing her practice on clinical dermatology, cutaneous surgery, and aesthetics including Sculptra, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, Botox/Dysport/Xeomin, microneedling, PRP and hair restoration.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, traveling, baking, and spending time with her family.

Hannah Noger PA-C

Hannah Noger, MSPAS, PA-C joined our team at Central Kentucky Dermatology in May 2023. She was born and raised in northern Minnesota and completed her undergraduate degree in Fargo, ND at North Dakota State University in 2016. During undergrad, she spent a year abroad on a mission trip with Youth with a Mission (YWAM) in Nuremburg, Germany and Ethiopia, Africa. This is where she decided to pursue her passion for medicine and a day after arriving back stateside, she re-enrolled for classes to pursue becoming a PA. She then completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at The University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY, graduating in 2019. While completing the program, she served as the University of the Cumberlands Academy of Physician Assistants (UCAPA) Vice President of the UCAPA 2017 Cohort. Hannah is board-certified with the National Commision on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of American Academy of Physician Associates, Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Associates. She is licensed with the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. 

Hannah practiced in Danville, KY in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery from 2019-2023, where she managed an outpatient clinic, assisted in spine surgeries, performed spine injections and managed post op patients inpatient. Though she loved working in spine, dermatology has always been the specialty that she is the most passionate about. Her practice is focused on clinical dermatology, cutaneous surgery and aesthetics, including Botox/Xeomin/Dysport, microneedling and PRP. She enjoys assisting patients to feel confident in their skin and reach their healthcare goals.

When she is not at the office, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being on the lake up in MN, traveling, being outside, going to UK football games, going to concerts and trying new restaurants.
